Startup Revora has secured a seed funding of $2 million to advance its AI-powered platform, shifting from its initial role as a conversational commerce tool towards providing a comprehensive AI operating system for e-commerce merchants. The round was co-led by i2i Ventures and Oraseya Capital, with participation from various investors including Anchorless Bangladesh, Conjunction Capital, F6 Ventures, Hi2 Global, Orbit Startups, strategic angels and operators from Bolt, Mubadala, and EY.
The company’s funds will primarily be used for expansion in Saudi Arabia, its largest and fastest-growing market, as well as product development. Revora aims to build for the future where more of the buying process becomes AI-driven.
Formerly known as MyAlice, the startup was co-founded by Shuvo Rahman and Daniyal Baig. The company’s AI agents now recommend products, recover abandoned carts, and facilitate payments within conversations across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or directly on the merchant’s site in the customer’s preferred language.
Brands leveraging Revora’s AI-led sales and campaigns have reported a 15-20 percent revenue increase. This success underscores the product’s value. Additionally, Revora converts every merchant’s product catalog into clean, structured data, which serves as a long-term advantage in an industry shifting towards AI-powered search and shopping agents.
Co-founder Shuvo Rahman stated that the goal is to build businesses that can be understood, represented, and sold by an AI. This view aligns with the company’s commitment to merchants generating real revenue from Revora’s platform.
