A fatal hit-and-run incident on Karachi’s Sea View road resulted in one death and two injuries. The video, which went viral on social media, showed a speeding double-cabin vehicle hitting another car and spinning multiple times before fleeing the scene. South Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Syed Asad Raza confirmed that police had lodged an FIR against the absconding driver and were still searching for him. Three people, including the driver Suleman Saleem who later died in hospital, were injured in the accident. DIG Asad also stated that the suspect was identified through the Safe City Project and has a domicile in Nasirabad, Balochistan. Police assured that they would continue their efforts to apprehend the suspect soon.
